Packaging and Unboxing

To ensure smooth resolution of any issues, we recommend recording a 360-degree unboxing video at the time of receiving the package. This helps support claims related to missing items or damages.
Order Verification and Cancellations
Touch925 reserves the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation. We may also contact you to verify shipping details—such as address, contact number, or item quantity—before dispatching your order. Orders may be held or cancelled in the absence of such confirmation.
