I had ordered a pack of 2 nose pins. However, I received only one nose pin, and the stone on the received nose pin is missing. The design is the one I ordered, but the product is defective due to the missing stone, and the second nose pin is missing from the package.
I am very disappointed with the quality and the incomplete order. Kindly arrange for a return and provide a full refund of the amount paid, or send a replacement for the missing and defective items.
Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
